<p>Société : Deepomatic<br>Industrie : Construction, Field Operations, A.I. <br>Metrics : Série B (10 M Euros, 2022), 60+ employés.<br></p><p></p><h1><strong>La problématique</strong></h1><p><br>Deepomatic, société spécialisée dans <strong>la reconnaissance et le traitement d’images par l’I.A. dans le cadre d’opérations de maintenance ou de chantiers terrain</strong> (installation de la fibre, réparations électriques, chantiers d’aménagement d’infrastructures urbaines) a développé une technologie (issue du c<em>omputer vision),</em> permettant aux techniciens de relever des images du terrain, de les analyser automatiquement et de les restituer à leurs supérieurs en central.</p><p></p><div class="image-container"><div class="image-row-wrapper"><div class="image-wrapper"><img src="https://cdn.collective.work/clwgcjaaj01ox59in9palg668.png"><div class="image-overlay"></div></div></div></div><p></p><p><strong>Deepomatic souffrait d’un problème de positionnement :</strong></p><p>L’équipe dirigeante avait construit un argumentaire autour l’I.A. et avait cherché à imposer une nouvelle catégorie de marché : le “Field Vision”.</p><p></p><p>Mais ils éprouvaient des difficultés à :</p><ul><li><p>Sortir du cadre de projets labellisés “R&amp;D” s’adressant à des départements techniques</p></li><li><p>Ouvrir de nouveaux marchés au delà de leur use-case historique (l’installation de la fibre en Télécom)</p></li><li><p>Elever la conversation au-delà de la technologie et de l’I.A. pour en augmenter la valeur perçue</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Leur demande : trouver un positionnement clair qui permette de conquérir de nouvelles verticales marché au-delà de leur industrie historique et d’élever la conversation au-delà de la valeur technologique.</p><p></p><h1><strong>Le nouveau <em>narrative</em></strong></h1><p></p><p><strong><u>L’insight</u></strong></p><p>En écoutant profondément les clients de Deepomatic, nous avons entendu que la difficulté métier résidait dans le maintien de bons niveaux de qualité, dans une industrie durement touchée par la crise du recrutement.</p><p>L’enjeu : comment continuer à délivrer de la qualité à la vitesse de la nouvelle économie alors qu’on manque de ressources sur le terrain ?</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Le nouveau positionnement</u></strong></p><p>Nous avons travaillé avec l’équipe dirigeante à un narratif qui souligne une nouvelle approche dans le métier du contrôle qualité : Pour réussir à déployer de la qualité à grande vitesse et sous contraintes de ressources, il est nécessaire de passer d’un système <strong>“où l’on contrôle après coup”</strong> à un système <strong>“où l’on réussit du premier coup”</strong></p><p></p><p>Deepomatic offre la première solution de contrôle qualité en temps réel, basée sur l’IA, pour réussir ses installations dès la première intervention.</p><p></p><p>Ce positionnement fait écho à un indicateur très suivi dans le secteur des <em>Field Operations</em> : le “<strong>First Time Right”</strong> qui mesure le “taux de succès dès la première intervention”</p><p>Deepomatic se positionne désormais comme leader de sa propre catégorie technologique : “<strong>First-Time Right automation”.</strong></p><div class="image-container"><div class="image-row-wrapper"><div class="image-wrapper"><img src="https://cdn.collective.work/clwgcdxgt017d59in1zsl35h0.png"><div class="image-overlay"></div></div></div></div><p></p><p><u>Livrable : le CEO Deck</u></p><p></p><p>Nous avons réalisé un CEO deck pour l’équipe dirigeante de Deepomatic, articulé autour d’une nouvelle histoire client : <strong>“Enter The First-Time Right Revolution”</strong></p><p></p><p></p><div class="image-container"><div class="image-row-wrapper"><div class="image-wrapper"><img src="https://cdn.collective.work/clwgceisl00zk5ahu4uvn0qyt.png"><div class="image-overlay"></div></div></div></div><p></p><h1><strong>Résultat</strong></h1><ul><li><p>Une augmentation de la valeur perçue de Deepomatic par ses prospects et clients : Deepomatic passe d’un “outil IA” à un partenaire tech stratégique pour scaler son contrôle qualité à grande échelle.</p></li><li><p>Un nouveau narratif qui a permis d’aligner et structurer tous les efforts Go-To-Market externe (ex : site, salesdeck)</p></li><li><p>Un nouveau positionnement révélé par une nouvelle identité visuelle pour Deepomatic, réalisée par l’agence LORD. <p>What is Reveal :</p><p>Reveal is a SaaS tool that helps partner companies share leads and opportunities by connecting their CRMs. Reveal targets personas are Partnership Managers.</p><p></p><p><strong>Context :</strong></p><p>Reveal had a strong product with European and US growth ambitions, but had three main difficulties:</p><ul><li><p>Clarify their value proposition which was mostly feature-oriented (CRM-to-CRM account mapping).</p></li><li><p>Show that the product also had value beyond the persona of Partnership Managers.</p></li><li><p>Differentiate themselves from "Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools and new players such as Crossbeam (their main competitor in the US, which had also raised a significant funding round).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Our Work </strong>: <br>The creation of the "Nearbound Marketing" Category and story.</p><ul><li><p>Our interviews with buyers and revenue Leaders revealed that "Partnerships" were seen as a by-function of Revenue in most companies. However, Revenue teams also acknowledged that Inbound and Outbound marketing were getting more and more costly.</p></li><li><p>Our recommendation was, thus, to show that partnerships (when it's done with a "Growth" mindset i.e. with data and at scale) was meant to be a new, powerful and cost-effective revenue channel.
