e-Learning module destined to banking professionals specializing in customer service. There were 4 modules total, created by different designers, each dedicated to one of the DISC personality profiles and how to offer the best customer service to each one of them.This module was about the Influencer profile. Developed entirely using Genially, the module is accessible <a href="https://www.parcooroo.com/zepomywe" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">via my portfolio.</a>Level 1: Flip virtual cards to reveal random images and weave a creative story around them. Level 2: Test your storytelling prowess by narrating your tale within a limited time frame. Level 3: Incorporate a randomly generated sentence into your story while maintaining its flow. Level 4: Write your story directly within the e-learning module and share your creation on social networks like LinkedIn.

e-Learning module developed as a French companion to the Brazilian post-graduate thesis "Paths to Introspection: Guidance to Altered States of Counsciousness in the Transpersonal Integrative Approach" (Julia Martins, 2023).The main elements of the introspection process are defined and, for each element, a theoretical basis and several possibilities of practical application are given.This module was developed in Genially and was conceived as a ready-to-use guide to therapists and practicioners.

Arts Mineurs Studio

This e-Learning project was developed over 2 weeks in partnership with Arts Mineurs Studio, an arts studio specializing in relief printing (woodcut and linocut). The challenge was to teach a "physical" skill without in-person classes.I organized the different modules of the project in a logical sequence, wrote the general script and created the storyboard. A simplified prototype was then made in Articulate Rise for testing, with the final project development due to be done in Articulate Storyline. This project included video scripts (with visual storyboards for those videos).

The client: The client is a platform that connects buyers and sellers in the Real Estate market. Buyers can post their search criteria on the site, making it visible to sellers who can then publish their property listings.The challenge: The client aims to launch an e-learning course on their website, featuring a variety of media (videos, voice-overs, and text), quizzes, and engaging elements.Project duration: 3 monthsPerformance indicators: Key monitoring indicators include:<ul><li>Comparison of planned vs. actual deadlines</li><li>Progress rate of deliverables</li><li>Number of identified issues, along with action plans for resolution</li></ul>To test this module you can <a href="https://www.parcooroo.com/zepomywe" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">go to my portfolio (only in french)</a>.I have managed this project from start to finish. I was responsible for developing a comprehensive real estate module for beginners. This involved scripting videos, recording voice-overs, handling post-production, and creating the final product. The module featured a variety of media, including engaging videos and voice-over content, to ensure an interactive and enjoyable learning experience for users.
