The client needed to derive a pricing strategy to enter the market. Over the course of 4 weeks, we built a comprehensive and detailed financial model, which included both all revenue and cost segments of the company. The financial model aggregated all finances in a P&amp;L and KPI sheet. The company was able to determine accurate prices by flexibly adjusting the key parameters located in a separate sheet based on competitor research, sales targets and pilot customers' feedback.
