MyMark - Health Awareness Platform

MyMark is a health awareness platform designed to enhance quality of life and proactively prevent illnesses by delivering actionable insights on biomarkers through personalized wellness data. They accomplished this through at-home lab testing and through their AI platform, which uses input from their medical team and clinical studies to analyze user results, then offer lifestyle and dietary recommendations. We met with the MyMark team when they were in the early stages of creating a new mobile app. We first assisted them in shaping a product strategy before conceiving the whole user experience. Through fast iteration, we turned ideas into reality by providing a mobile experience with a lot of empathy and accuracy in the user interface. Our aim was to ensure that we present the correct information in the most suitable manner.
