<p>Henrik worked as interim CTO, and Pablo as Project Manager; together hiring and coordinating a team of 12 engineers for the Flutter wallet/app, a merchant API (like Stripe), the smart contracts, and the evented, highly-available and secure distributed system that was the backend.</p><p></p><p>The project was focused on using the stable-coin USD Tether (ERC20). Due to the high financial risk, stringent security was put in place. Because the ERC20 token is based on the Ethereum chain (proof of stake), climate effects were minimised.</p><p></p><p>We successfully planned and executed with a very high feature velocity.</p>

Our collective collaborated to build a Payment Gateway / PSP / Mobile Wallet focusing on user-friendliness and easy on- and off-ramps.

<p>RaySearch Laboratories requested our help to build a new module together with their core team. The project included procuring servers to build a HPC cluster that could be used for a search / convex optimisation problem, interacting with an HPC scheduler for CPU, GPU and memory resources, programming the process that ran the optimisation with the algorithm supplied by the mathematicians and control theory experts. After finishing the functionality in record time (three months), analysing the performance of the distributed calculation, a HIPAA risk analysis of the features was performed as part of certifying the software for clinical usage.</p>

At RaySearch Laboratories, we built the automated radiation therapy module together with the mathematicians, control theory experts and physicists.
