Project Manager recruitment of Shared Service Center RICOH Barcelona / Sant Cugat.
The need to incorporate 250 multilingual profiles in a period of six months. 

Needed to incorporate profiles for team Spain, Portugal, France and Italy to respond to the following roles:
- Team Leaders
- Financial Back Office
- MTB
- Credit Collector

My daily duties were:
- Coordination of all selection processes.
- Interviews with the candidates presented by TSP, together with the Team Leaders of RICOH.
- Advice on the decision-making / additions.
- Communication link between TSP and RICOH.
- Management team selection TSP
- Administrative measures to enlist the built Tasks candidates.

She accompanied me on several projects that we had to put in place, namely the ramp-up of the recruitment capabilities of Cycloid, the setup of a new HRIS (Personio) and several employer branding programs.
