We worked closely with the TalentLayer team on their different smart contracts, then deployed a Graph node to index the data on the blockchain. We also worked on the front end to display the data in a user friendly way.

We implemented smart contract logic to enable credential verification, built components for salary release, and integrated tools like iExec, Sismo, OpenAI or Lens Protocol

In addition to blockchain integration, we handled full stack development of features like advanced search, badge creation with Sismo, Lens protocol; or decentralized email marketing with iExec.

The Workflow

During our collaboration with TalentLayer, we followed a structured workflow based on Agile principles. We used Trello for task management, breaking down project requirements into actionable tasks. Each week, we held sprint planning meetings to prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process. Additionally, we conducted regular code reviews with one of their lead developers to maintain code quality and foster collaboration within the scrum team.
