The Pledge

Members and Guests of the Collective agree to the following:

• We are ecopreneurs – building businesses for good.

• We care about the planet and all of its creatures. 

• We show up on time.

• We keep our promises.

• We respect each other. We show this through language that is accepting, non-judgemental and compassionate/ empathetic.

• We respect each other’s time by keeping to the task.

• We practice active listening, listen more than we talk; don’t interrupt; acknowledge what we heard; ask clarifying questions; provide constructive feedback. We give others the chance to speak and don’t dominate conversations.

• We use the Collective as a place to gather, share and help.

• We don’t use it to advertise our businesses or sell things to other members.
