Our methodology, borrowed from the “Product Management” is the following:

-> Scoping 

We work with you to translate your idea into specifications.
Specifications are a set of deliverables allowing you to go to any dev agency and develop your product.
In the Scoping phase, we deliver those deliverables:

• User stories (features) mirroring your users’ pain points

• User Flows

• Wireframe & high-fidelity design

• Database design

The scoping is going to be the blueprint of our project, and the foundations for our development.

-> Build 

Once the scoping is done and the foundation laid down, we can start building.

We then develop the app, in the phase that we call the “Build” phase, based on the scope.
