Building OPTEE’s leadership, revenue & product operations

Ceelab, a real estate consulting firm, quickly established a competitive edge on the market by simplifying the highly complex value chain of energy renovation for its clients. As part of this strategy, the company decided to gradually digitize its activity to become more scalable, maintain its unique value proposition and create value for its shareholders. This transformation involved the roll-out of a combination of user-facing tools (like the Optee.io platform) and significant internal changes (implementation of Salesforce CRM, roll-out of Notion, change management etc.) that reduced the time & cost to serve its clients. I have helped the leadership team plan, deliver and document this key phase of the company’s development. Here’s how.

🎯 Project Goals

Establish key processes and a culture of collaboration.

From weekly all-hands meetings to quarterly goal-setting (OKRs), I established a culture of performance & organized the company for productive, asynchronous collaboration.

Rebrand the company & all assets from Ceelab to Optee.

As part of its shift from a pure consulting model to a digitized delivery model, we have rebranded the company from Ceelab to Optee. I helped plan, organize and execute the new positioning.

Organize revenue & product operations with clear ownership.

I have organized revenue (sales. marketing) and product (tech & product) operations, so that all stakeholders have clear goals and ways to reach them. This included a culture of solid documentation.

A well-documented Notion space that encompassed marketing, sales, brand, product & tech.
