Mentoring the best-performing salesperson to grow into a confident team leader

One of the top-performing salespeople of PROXIMUM365 (a leading physical & digital event organizer), had just been promoted to sales team leader. Not only was he still accountable for hitting his own, ambitious sales targets, but he also had to manage and motivate a team of 3 salespeople with diverse skills and experience, remote and on-site. I have helped him navigate the early challenges of his role.
